MyFundedPerpetuals Privacy Policy

This policy explains the personal information MyFundedPerpetuals collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you when you use the platform. “MyFundedPerpetuals” is a brand operated by Funding Perpetuals Holdings, Inc. (“we,” “us”), a company separate from MyFundedFutures, LLC.

Information We Collect

We collect account and contact details such as your name and email address; profile and compliance details such as your date of birth, country, billing address, and identity-verification status; purchase and affiliate-attribution records; simulated trading, account, and payout activity; support messages and attachments; and technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, device-fingerprint components, cookie or local-storage identifiers, and usage analytics. We do not receive personal information about MyFundedFutures’ customers from MyFundedFutures or its affiliates; any affiliate-attribution or purchase data we collect comes directly from your own interactions with our platform. Sensitive Personal Information Some of the information we collect, including government-issued identification and financial account information, may be considered “sensitive personal information” under applicable law. We collect and use this information only to verify your identity, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and provide the Services you request. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you or for any purpose beyond these.

How We Use Information

Challenge rule enforcement (for example, checking whether your account balance has fallen below an applicable threshold) is performed automatically, without human review, and may result in disqualification from a Challenge or termination of a Funded Account. Decisions regarding suspected fraud or other account actions currently involve human review. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to request human review of this automated decision, to express your point of view, and to contest the outcome, by contacting us using the details in this policy. We use personal information to create and secure accounts, provide simulated trading challenges, process purchases and payouts, verify eligibility and identity, enforce challenge rules, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, communicate service information, measure platform performance, comply with legal obligations, and protect our users and services.

Service Providers and Disclosures

We disclose information to service providers that help operate the platform, including hosting and backend providers, email delivery services, payment processors, identity-verification providers, fraud-prevention and security providers, and analytics services. Card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes are entered into the payment provider's hosted fields and do not enter MyFundedPerpetuals systems. Payout Listings. When a payout to you is completed, we share a de-identified record of it with PropFirmMatch (propfirmmatch.com), an independent prop firm comparison site that publishes payout statistics for the firms it lists. The record contains the payout amount, the request and completion dates, the starting balance of the account, the payment method, and the continent of your country of residence, together with a one-way coded identifier that lets the listing group your payouts without identifying you. It does not include your name, email address, account number, or identity documents. PropFirmMatch may display this information publicly. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction. The current platform does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar opt-out preference signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, to the extent applicable.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, launch access, language and interface preferences, referral attribution, and other features needed to operate the platform. Analytics and performance tools may also collect information about visits and device performance. We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies: Strictly Necessary — required for core platform functions such as account login, security, and session management. These cannot be disabled through the Cookie Preferences control, though you may block them through your browser settings at the risk of impairing platform functionality. Functional — used to remember your preferences, such as language and interface settings. Analytics and Performance — used to measure platform usage and performance. We use PostHog, Vercel Web Analytics, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which are third-party service providers. PostHog uses first-party cookies and local storage on our website, subject to your Cookie Preferences. Vercel Web Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics operate without cookies. Cookieless measurement may continue when analytics cookies are declined. Referral and Affiliate Attribution — used to credit an affiliate when you arrive at the platform through their referral link or code. Retention varies by technology and purpose: Strictly Necessary: Login session cookies generally expire after 7 days and may be renewed during continued use. The launch-access cookie lasts 30 days, and your Cookie Preferences are stored for 180 days. Other authentication cookies may expire sooner. Functional: The sidebar preference cookie lasts 7 days. Interface preferences stored in local storage, such as your theme, have no automatic expiry and remain until cleared by you, your browser, or the platform. Analytics and Performance: PostHog cookies expire after 365 days and may be renewed during use. Associated local storage has no automatic expiry. Vercel and Cloudflare Web Analytics set no analytics cookies. Vercel’s visitor session identifier is discarded after 24 hours. Referral and Affiliate Attribution: The referral cookie lasts 7 days unless cleared earlier. Analytics and referral attribution are optional purposes: visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked before either is used, and anyone can change that answer at any time through the Cookie Preferences control in the site footer. Declining analytics keeps measurement anonymous rather than switching it off, and declining referral attribution means no affiliate is credited for the visit. For visitors outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, analytics and referral attribution cookies operate on an opt-out basis: they are used by default, and you may disable them at any time through the same Cookie Preferences control in the site footer, or through your browser settings. Browser settings can limit some storage, but blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the platform from working. We treat the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, described above, as a valid opt-out request; we do not currently respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as there is no common industry standard for interpreting them.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the platform, maintain transaction and agreement records, meet legal or compliance obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and prevent fraud or abuse. Once your account is closed, we retain personal information for no longer than five (5) years, except where a longer period is required to comply with applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably practicable.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or portability of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some information may be retained where permitted or required by law. If we deny your request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us at [email protected] with “Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General or other applicable regulator. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”), provides you with the following additional rights: the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, and the business purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing it; the right to access, delete, and correct your personal information, subject to certain exceptions; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising); the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, where applicable; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to request that we not sell your personal information (as defined under Nevada law), even though we do not currently sell personal information. You may submit such a request using the contact information in this policy. If you are a resident of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you have certain rights under your state's privacy law, which may include the right to confirm whether we process your personal information, to access and correct it, to delete it, to obtain a copy of it in a portable format, to opt out of the sale of personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

International Processing

MyFundedPerpetuals and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms. If applicable law requires MyFundedPerpetuals to designate or appoint a local privacy representative, additional representative contact information will be made available through this Privacy Policy or another appropriate privacy notice. Until any such representative contact information is published, privacy questions, requests, or complaints may be directed to MyFundedPerpetuals using the contact information below.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, used, or disclosed without authorization.

Age Requirement

The platform is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the account.
