MyFundedPerps Signature Plan Deep-Dive: 10% Target, 6% Static Drawdown, Who It Suits

About This Blog

The MyFundedPerps Signature plan is the premium evaluation in the lineup: a 10% profit target paired with the widest risk budget the firm sells, a 6% static maximum drawdown, plus the standard 3% daily loss limit. Like every MyFundedPerps challenge it is a 1-step evaluation with no time limit, no minimum trading days, and no consistency rule. This deep-dive covers the verified rules, the drawdown and payout math, pricing at every size, and the trader profile Signature is built for. All figures come from the official docs at docs.myfundedperpetuals.com and the site FAQ.

For the lineup-wide view, see myfundedperps-pricing-plans and myfundedperps-rules-explained; this article is the Signature-specific reference.

MyFundedPerps Signature plan rules at a glance

All percentages use the starting balance, never current equity. The target is measured on realized balance, while loss limits use equity including open-position P/L. On a $100K Signature account, you pass at $110,000 realized, the daily allowance is $3,000 from start-of-day equity, and the initial max loss floor is $94,000.

How the 6% static drawdown works

The max loss limit (MLL) is static: starting balance minus 6%, and it never trails profit highs. Grow a $100K Signature account to $112,000 and the floor remains $94,000 until your first funded withdrawal. On that first withdrawal, the MLL locks permanently to the starting balance, $100,000, forever. Equity exactly at the locked floor is allowed; $99,999 breaches.

After the lock, whatever profit you leave above the starting balance acts as your drawdown buffer. Requesting the maximum payout leaves a $0 buffer and closes the account, so plan withdrawals with the buffer in mind. Worked examples are in myfundedperps-static-drawdown.

Daily loss mechanics

The daily loss allowance is 3% of the starting balance, measured from start-of-day equity including open P/L: $3,000 on a $100K account. The day resets at midnight New York time (04:00 UTC during EDT, 05:00 UTC during EST, following DST). If start-of-day equity is $106,000, that day's floor is $103,000. Reaching the floor fails the account; a new day never reopens it.

Signature's defining trait is the gap between its two loss rules: a 6% total drawdown against a 3% daily limit means you can absorb two rough days (below the max, spaced across resets) without failing the account outright. No other plan in the lineup offers that much room between the daily rule and the total floor.

Pricing

List prices for the Signature evaluation (verified against client screenshots and docs, September 2026; check the challenge selector for current pricing):

Signature is the most expensive plan at every size, which is the price of the 6% drawdown. The 90/10 profit split upgrade adds 20% and is checkout-only; it cannot be added later. Fees buy evaluation access, not trading deposits, and refunds are possible within 48 hours of purchase only with zero trading activity, minus a non-refundable $25 fee.

Trading costs and the 10% target

Commissions are charged per fill on entry and exit: 0.03% crypto, 0.0025% forex, 0.005% on stocks, commodities, and indices, with maker and taker at the same rate. Hourly swap fees apply to both longs and shorts (crypto 0.03% daily, stocks/commodities/indices 0.015% daily, forex 0.005% daily), charged on notional at the mark price on each UTC hour boundary. Every commission and swap charge debits your balance and eats loss-rule headroom exactly like a realized loss. Swing traders drawn to Signature's wide floor should note that multi-day holds accumulate swap charges; myfundedperps-fees-breakdown has the full schedule.

Who the MyFundedPerps Signature plan suits

Signature fits traders who:

  • Swing trade or hold positions for days and need room for normal adverse movement
  • Run strategies with typical drawdown stretches of 4-5%, which would breach Select and pressure Prime
  • Want a moderate 10% target rather than Prime's 12%, accepting the highest fee in exchange for the widest floor
  • Trade around volatile sessions where intraday swings would threaten a 3% total drawdown

It is a poor fit if cost is the priority (Select is far cheaper) or if your strategy is tight and intraday, where the extra drawdown buys you nothing. Exposure caps and leverage figures (BTC and ETH 10x with $1,000,000 caps at launch, forex 50x, indices 12x, most altcoins 3x) are as of September 2026 and may have changed since; the live list is at myfundedperpetuals.com/exposure-caps, and myfundedperps-markets-guide covers the 130 launch markets.

Passing and getting funded on Signature

Hit 10% realized without breaching either loss rule, then complete the funding path: Sumsub identity verification (reusable across your accounts), the customer agreement, and the funded account. Allocation caps are $300K total per trader and $100K per model, so Signature accounts share one $100K Signature allowance; a pass that would exceed a limit goes to Funding Review. Funded risk rules continue, news trading carries the 3-zone restricted window around red-folder events (see myfundedperps-news-trading-rules), and the 7-day inactivity rule applies. Payouts opened September 11, 2026: $100 gross minimum, $80 net at 80/20 or $90 at 90/10, one request per New York calendar day, paid via Rise after manual review, with a 10% boost on amounts taken as store credit. Full payout mechanics are in myfundedperps-payouts-guide.

Frequently asked questions

Why does Signature cost more than Select and Prime?

The fee tracks the risk budget. Signature's 6% static drawdown is the widest MyFundedPerps sells, and its 10% target sits between Select's 9% and Prime's 12%. You are paying for a more forgiving evaluation, not for extra features; all three plans share the same daily loss rule, split options, and payout terms.

Does the 6% drawdown ever trail my profits?

No. The floor is static at starting balance minus 6% until your first funded withdrawal, when it locks permanently to the starting balance. It never trails intraday or end-of-day highs at any stage.

Can I survive two losing days in a row on Signature?

Potentially, yes. With a 3% daily limit and a 6% total floor, a near-max losing day still leaves drawdown room for the next session, something Select cannot offer. Losses accumulate against the static floor, so the room shrinks as you use it.

What is the minimum payout on a funded Signature account?

$100 of gross profit before the split, which pays $80 at the standard 80/20 split or $90 with the 90/10 upgrade. You can request once per New York calendar day, and the account must be flat with no pending request.

Is news trading allowed during the Signature evaluation?

Yes. Evaluations have no news restrictions at all. The 3-zone restricted window around red-folder events applies only once the account is funded.
